David’s experience, knowledge, and relationships in the CAMA industry uniquely position him to continue and enhance the long legacy of Vision’s service to our valued communities in his home state of Virginia and beyond.
At Thomson Reuters, David was responsible for overseeing a sales force and business development efforts on the East Coast as well as abroad to implement land administration and government revenue management projects.
Before that, he worked for Xerox assisting government offices in Virginia implementing emerging technology for document production, storage, security, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
David holds a B.A. in Economics from the College of William and Mary, and did his post-graduate studies at Virginia Commonwealth University’s Graduate School of Business.
