The Town of Hopkinton, RI has selected Vision to conduct its 2014 Revaluation. Hopkinton, located in Washington County, sits on the Pawcatuck River on the Connecticut border. Hopkinton has an area of approximately 44 square miles. Hopkinton is named after Stephen Hopkins, a signer of the Declaration of Independence

The Town of Charlestown, RI has selected Vision to conduct its 2013 Revaluation. Charlestown, located in Washington County, was named after King Charles II, and incorporated in 1747. The area was formerly part of Westerly, RI. The Town is made up of 37% water.
05-07-2013 Brewer, ME selects Vision to conduct 2014 Revaluation
The City of Brewer, Maine has selected Vision to conduct its 2014 Revaluation. Brewer, Maine, part of Penobscot County, is named after its first settler, Colonel John Brewer. Brewer is the sister City of Bangor, Maine. Brewer and Bangor were originally part of Condeskeag Plantation. In 1812, Brewer was incorporated as a City.

Vision is proud to announce that the City of Portsmouth, VA has contracted with us to implement our state-of-the-art CAMA system. The City of Portsmouth selected our system following a comprehensive evaluation of the alternate CAMA systems on the market today.

The City of Bloomington chose our system for use following a thorough examination of the alternative CAMA systems on the market.

We are pleased to announce that Certified Revaluation Company, Inc. (“CRC”), a leading provider of mass appraisal services and CAMA software in Rhode Island, has become part of Vision. Personally, we found a great fit between the two companies, as we feel we provide the best services in our field. We were both attracted by our mutual focus on delivering successful, well-managed appraisal projects.
02-21-2013 Groton, MA selects Vision to conduct 2013 Update
The Town of Groton, MA has selected Vision to conduct its 2014 Commercial/Industrial Property Update. Groton, founded in 1655, has a population of approximately 11,000 and is located in the Nashoba Valley area in northwestern Middlesex County. With an area of 32.54 square miles, Groton is the largest town in Middlesex County. There are 106 miles of plowed or maintained roads within the Town.
02-14-2013 Weston, CT selects Vision to conduct 2013 Revaluation
The Town of Weston, CT has selected Vision to conduct its 2013 Revaluation. Weston, located in Fairfield County, is a residential community in southwestern Connecticut. Weston has little commercial development, and is limited by two-acre zoning. Almost one-quarter of the Town is permanently devoted to open space.
02-14-2013 Mansfield, MA selects Vision to conduct 2014 Update
The Town of Mansfield, MA has selected Vision to conduct its 2014 Update. Mansfield is located Bristol County with a population of approximately 23,000. Mansfield was first settled in 1658, and officially incorporated in 1775. Mansfield is largely known for being the home of the Comcast Center, which is one of the most popular concert venues in New England.
02-12-2013 Hooksett, NH selects Vision to conduct 2013 Assessment
The Town of Hooksett, NH has selected Vision to conduct 2013 Residential and Commercial Assessments. Hooksett, located in Merrimack County is located between Manchester, state’s largest city, and Concord, the state capital. Hooksett is situated on the Merrimac River in South Central New Hampshire. Interstate 93 connects Hooksett to the White Mountains and Boston. Hooksett is a primary stop for candidates during the New Hampshire Primary.

The City of Medford, MA has selected Vision to conduct its 2014 Update. Medford, part of Middlesex County, is located 5 miles northwest of downtown Boston and located on the Mystic River. Medford is also home to Tufts University. Medford has a population of approximately 56,000.
02-07-2013 Holden, MA selects Vision to conduct 2014 Update
The Town of Holden, MA has selected Vision to conduct its 2014 Commercial/Industrial Update. Holden, located in Worcester County, was originally a rural farming area, which has now grown into a prosperous municipality with a population of approximately 18,000 residents. In June of 1951, the Town adopted a Selectmen-Town Manager form of government, one of the oldest in the Commonwealth. The Town encompasses approximately thirty-six square miles, a good portion of which is protected open space, watershed and recreational areas.
12-04-2012 Lebanon, CT selects Vision to conduct 2013 Revaluation
The Town of Lebanon, CT has selected Vision to conduct its 2013 Revaluation. Lebanon, CT, located in New London County, is a rural agricultural community. The Town is best known for its role in the American Revolution, where it was a major base of American operations. Lebanon is also known for its town green, which is one the largest in the country and the only one still used partially for agriculture.
12-03-2012 Kittery, ME selects Vision to conduct 2013 Revaluation
The Town of Kittery, ME has selected Vision to conduct its 2013 Revaluation. Located in York County, Kittery was incorporated in 1647 and is the oldest incorporated town in Maine. Kittery is a popular summer tourist destination with many attractions including beaches, shopping, outdoor recreation, and sightseeing options.
11-15-2012 Norwich, CT selects Vision to conduct 2013 Revaluation
The City of Norwich, CT has selected Vision to conduct its 2013 Revaluation. Norwich, located in New London County, is nicknamed the “Rose of New England.” Three rivers, the Antic, the Shetucket, and the Quinebaug, flow into the city and form its harbor. With its diverse population, wide range of municipal services, modern industrial park, and its own utility company, Norwich is thriving City.
11-13-2012 Holland, MA selects Vision to conduct 2013 Update
The Town of Holland, MA has selected Vision to conduct its 2013 Update. Holland, MA, located in Hampden County, is a rural Town located on the Massachusetts-Connecticut border. In 1955, approximately 19 inches of rain fell, which significantly changed the Town. The Army Corps of Engineers created a series of flood control dams and surplus water impoundment areas. This reduced the useful size of Holland drastically. This project, though disruptive at the time, has turned Holland into a quiet, vacation community.
11-08-2012 Avon, MA Selects Vision to conduct 2014 Update
The Town of Avon, MA has selected Vision to conduct its 2014 Update. Avon, located in Norfolk County, has both the smallest land area and population of any community in the region. It has a compact population density of over 1,000 persons per square mile, typical of many suburban communities. The combination of good highway access and a positive attitude toward economic growth and development in the community has enabled the town to develop as a major employment center in the South Shore area. The Avon Industrial Park, which has developed over the past 10 years, contains 127 firms who employ over 3,600 persons in a variety of occupations.
11-01-2012 East Granby, CT selects vision to conduct 2013 Revaluation
The Town of East Granby, CT has selected Vision to conduct its 2013 Revaluation. East Granby, located in Hartford County, is a rural community located 16 miles north of Hartford, CT. East Granby is in the Farmington valley, with the Farmington River passing along the southern border of the town.
10-26-2012 Willington, CT selects Vision to conduct 2013 Revaluation
The Town of Willington, CT has selected Vision to conduct its 2013 Revaluation. Willington, a small rural Town in northeastern Connecticut, is located just 20 miles east of Hartford. While predominantly residential, Willington does have a shopping center and is located a couple of miles from the main UConn campus. In 2010, Connecticut Magazine rated Willington number 7 for Towns with a population of 3,500-6,500.
10-18-2012 Sharon, CT selects Vision to conduct 2013 Revaluation
The Town of Sharon, CT has selected Vision to conduct its 2013 Revaluation. This rural Town, located in Litchfield County, has a population of just over 3,000 people. The Town Green, surrounded by historic homes, is considered a beautiful signature of the Town where many seasonal activities are held, including the Christmas tree lighting and carol singing. Sharon is one of only a handful of communities in CT that have maintained Town Greens.
10-02-2012 Kent, CT selects Vision to conduct 2013 Revaluation
The Town of Kent, CT has selected Vision to conduct its 2013 Revaluation. Kent is located in Litchfield County alongside the New York border. The rural community of approximately 3,000 residents boasts many scenic attractions, including Macedonia State Park, Kent Falls State Park, and Bulls Bridge, which is one of three remaining covered bridges in Connecticut.
09-27-2012 Madison, CT selects Vision to conduct 2013 Revaluation
The Town of Madison, CT has selected Vision to conduct its 2013 Revaluation. Madison, located in the southeastern corner of New Haven County, has a population of over 18,000 people and occupies a central location on Connecticut’s Long Island Sound shoreline. Madison was known as East Guilford until it was incorporated as a town in 1826. Since then, Madison and Guilford have shared many cultural and economic similarities.
09-26-2012 Lyme, CT selects Vision to conduct 2013 Revaluation
The Town of Lyme, CT has selected Vision to conduct its 2013 Revaluation. Lyme, a small rural community located on the eastern bank of the Connecticut River in New London County, has a population of just over 2,000 people. With its’ commitment to preserving its’ small town quality feel and agricultural heritage, the Town has formed partnerships with its local land trust and the Nature’s Conservancy Connecticut chapter in order to further common preservation and conservation goals.
09-13-2012 Windsor Locks, CT selects Vision to conduct 2013 Revaluation
The Town of Windsor Locks, CT has selected Vision to conduct its 2013 Revaluation. Windsor Locks, a small suburban Town located in Hartford County, has a population of approximately 12,000 people and 5,400 parcels. Known for years as Pine Meadow, the Town of Windsor Locks was incorporated in 1854, and is located halfway between Hartford, CT and Springfield, MA.
09-04-2012 North Yarmouth, ME selects Vision software and services
Vision is pleased to bring its state-of-the-art CAMA software to the Town of North Yarmouth, ME. In addition, Vision has been selected to conduct the Town’s 2014 Revaluation. North Yarmouth, located in Cumberland County, is a Town of about 3,565 year-round residents. The Town is a residential community with few commercial properties and beautiful river front properties.
08-27-2012 Vision welcomes six new Wisconsin clients

08-09-2012 Norwalk, CT selects Vision CAMA software and services
The City of Norwalk, CT has selected Vision’s state-of-the-art CAMA software and appraisal services for their 2013 Revaluation. Norwalk will be converted to the Vision CAMA software from the Patriot Properties Assess Pro CAMA software. Norwalk, with its population of approximately 86,000, is ranked sixth in population in the state of Connecticut and third in population in Fairfield County.

Franklin County, PA has selected Vision to provide their state-of-the-art CAMA system. The County has approximately 68,000 parcels.

07-10-2012 Yarmouth, MA selects Vision to conduct multi-year Update
For the next 3 years, the Town of Yarmouth, MA will use Vision for its fiscal year 2013, 2014, and 2015 Updates. The Town has approximately 18,000 parcels.
06-29-2012 Providence, RI selects Vision CAMA software and Revaluation services
The City of Providence, RI has selected Vision to conduct its 2012 Revaluation. In addition, the City will be converting their existing CAMA system to the Vision system.
