Sample Revaluation Forms

Assessors offices often send questionnaires in order to gain further insight into sales and lease transactions that have occurred in Town. They may also send out a form that shows taxpayers what is currently on record for their property. They then give the taxpayer the opportunity to make corrections and send the form in.
