Maricopa County, AZ, the fourth largest jurisdiction in the United States, has selected Vision's state-of-the-art CAMA system. Their decision was reached following an extensive formal procurement and selection process in which Maricopa County thoroughly evaluated all of the most well-known and widely-used CAMA systems on the market today.
11-24-2014 Epping, NH selects Vision to conduct 2015 Revaluation
The Town of Epping, NH has selected Vision to conduct its 2015 Revaluation. Located in Rockingham County, the Town was originally part of Exeter, one of the four original New Hampshire townships. To encourage settlement, as early as 1710 Exeter awarded free wood lots in the area. In 1741, Epping was granted a charter and incorporated as a Town.
11-17-2014 Deep River, CT selects Vision to conduct 2015 Revaluation
The Town of Deep River, CT has selected Vision to conduct its 2015 Revaluation. Located in Middlesex County, Deep River is part of what the locals call the "Tri-town Area" made up of Deep River, Chester, and Essex, Connecticut. Every year on the third Saturday in July, Deep River hosts the Deep River Ancient Muster, the largest one day gathering of fife and drum corps in the world.
10-31-2014 Ellington, CT selects Vision to conduct 2015 Revaluation
The Town of Ellington, CT has selected Vision to conduct its 2015 Revaluation. Originally part of the Equivalent Lands and the Town of Windsor, Ellington was part of the Town of East Windsor from that Town's incorporation in 1768 until Ellington split off twenty years later and incorporated itself in May 1786. Mostly known as an agricultural community, the Crystal Lake section of Town was for a while a popular summer resort location.
10-23-2014 Wallingford, CT selects Vision to conduct 2015 Revaluation
The Town of Wallingford, CT has selected Vision to conduct its 2015 Revaluation. Located in New Haven County, Wallingford was established on October 10, 1667, when the Connecticut General Assembly authorized the "making of a village on the east river" to thirty-eight planters and freemen. The "long highway" located on the ridge of the hill above the sandy plain along the Quinnipiac River is the present Main Street in Wallingford. On May 12, 1670, Wallingford was incorporated and about 126 people settled in the Town.
10-15-2014 Oxford, CT selects Vision to conduct 2015 Revaluation
The Town of Oxford, CT has selected Vision to conduct its 2015 Revaluation. Located in New Haven County, distinct settled areas in the Town include Oxford Center, Quaker Farms, and Riverside. Oxford belongs to the Naugatuck Valley Economic Development Region and the Central Naugatuck Valley Planning Area, and the Bridgeport–Stamford–Norwalk Metropolitan Statistical Area.
09-18-2014 Waterville, ME selects Vision to conduct 2014 Revaluation
The City of Waterville Maine has selected Vision to conduct its 2014 Revaluation. Located in Kennebec County, the township would be organized as Kingfield Plantation, then incorporated in 1771 as Winslow. Waterville was set off from Winslow and incorporated on June 23, 1802 when residents on the west side of the Kennebec found themselves unable to cross the river to attend town meetings.
09-15-2014 Marlborough, CT selects Vision to conduct 2015 Revaluation
The Town of Marlborough, CT has contracted with Vision to conduct its 2015 Revaluation. Located in Hartford County, Marlborough is an upper class suburban and rural community. The Town has approximately 2,700 parcels.
09-12-2014 Dudley, MA selects Vision to conduct 2015 Update
The Town of Dudley, MA has slected Vision to conduct its 2015 Update. Located in Worcetser County, Dudley was first settled in 1714 and was officially incorporated in 1732. The Town was named for landholders Paul and William Dudley.
09-02-2014 West Haven selects Vision to conduct 2015 Update
The City of West Haven, CT has selected Vision to conduct its 2015 Update. Located in New Haven County, West Haven was a part of the original New Haven Colony. In 1719, it became the separate parish of West Haven, but was still officially a part of New Haven until 1822.
09-02-2014 Haddam, CT selects Vision to conduct 2015 Revaluation
The Town of Haddam, CT has contracted with Vision to conduct its 2015 Revaluation. Haddam is located in the Connecticut River Valley with a majority of the Town's eastern border along the Connecticut River. The Town has approximately 4,000 parcels.  
08-29-2014 Woonsocket, RI selects Vision to conduct 2014 Revaluation
The City of Woonsocket, RI has contracted with Vision to conduct its 2014 Revaluation. Located in Providence County, Woonsocket lies directly south of the Massachusetts state line. Woonsocket is home to the corporate headquarters of CVS Health.
08-26-2014 Tiverton, RI selects Vision CAMA software and services
The Town of Tiverton, RI has contracted with Vision for its 2015 Revaluation. In addition, Tiverton also selected Vision CAMA software. Tiverton is located on the eastern shore of Narragansett Bay, across the Sakonnet River from Aquidneck Island. Together with the adjacent town of Little Compton, the area is disconnected from the rest of the state of Rhode Island.
08-19-2014 Westport, CT selected Vision to conduct 2015 Update
The Town of Westport, CT has contracted with Vision to conduct its 2015 Update. Located in Fairfield County, Westport is a coastal Town 47 miles northeast of New York City.
08-06-2014 Seymour, CT selects Vision to conduct 2015 Revaluation
The Town of Seymour, CT has contracted with Vision to conduct its 2015 Revaluation. Located in New Haven County, Seymour was incorporated as a Town on May 1850, and was named for Governor Thomas H. Seymour.
08-05-2014 Voluntown, CT selects Vision to conduct 2015 Update
The Town of Voluntown, CT has contracted with Vision to conduct its 2015 Update. Originally part of Windham County, Voluntown was later included as part of New London County. The Town has approximately 1,500 parcels.
07-25-2014 Clinton, MA selects Vision to conduct 2015 Update
The Town of Clinton, MA has selected Vision to conduct its 2015 Update. Clinton was first settled in 1654 as a part of Lancaster. It was officially incorporated as a separate Town on March 14, 1850.
07-25-2014 Nantucket, MA selects Vision to conduct 3 Year Assessment Services
The Town of Nantucket, MA has selected Vision to conduct its 2015-2017 Updates. Nantucket is an island 30 miles soth of Cape Cod.Together with the small islands of Tuckernuck and Muskeget, it constitutes the town of Nantucket, Massachusetts, and the coterminous Nantucket County, which are consolidated.

The City of Pawtucket has selected Vision to conduct its 2015 Update. Pawtucket is the fourth largest City in the state. It borders Providence, Rhode Island and the state of Massachusetts.
07-11-2014 Columbia, CT selects Vision to conduct 2016 Update
The Town of Columbia, CT has selected Vision to conduct its 2016 Revaluation. Located in Tolland County, Columbia was originally a part of Lebanon, known as the North Society or Lebanon's Crank. Columbia was incorporated in May, 1804.
07-08-2014 Lexington, MA selects Vision to conduct multi-year Updates
The Town of Lexington, MA has contracted with Vision to conduct multi year Updates for 2014-2017. Located in Middlesex County, Lexington was first settled in 1642 as part of Cambridge, Massachusetts. Lexington was incorporated as a separate Town in 1713.

The Town of Fairfield, CT has contracted with Vision to conduct its 2015 Revaluation. Located in Fairfield County, Fairfield borders Bridgeport, Trumball, Easton, Weston and Westport. Fairfield is home to the corporate headquarters of General Electric.
06-18-2014 New Milford, CT selects Vision to conduct 2015 Revaluation
The Town of New Milford, CT has contracted with Vision to conduct its 2015 Revaluation. Located in Litchfield County, New Milford is located on the Housatonic River. It is the largest Town in the state in terms of land area at nearly 62 square miles.
06-05-2014 Carmel, NY selects Vision to conduct 2016 Revaluation
The Town of Carmel, NY has selected Vision to conduct its 2016 Revaluation. Located in Putnam County, Carmel was established by splitting from the Town of Frederickstown in 1795. Carmel was designated the county seat in 1812. In 1861, a small part of Carmel was taken to be added to the town of Putnam Valley.
05-16-2014 New Durham, NH selects Vision to conduct 2015 Revaluation
The Town of New Durham, NH has contracted with Vision to conduct its 2015 Revaluation. Located in Strafford County, the Town has a total area of 44.1 square miles. It is drained by the Ela River, Merrymeeting River and the Cocheco River. New Durham's highest point is 1,700 feet above sea level, on the western slope of Copple Crown Mountain, along the Town's eastern border.

The Town of Tisbury, MA has contracted with Vision to conduct its 2015 Update. Located on Martha’s Vineyard, Tisbury, better known as Vineyard Haven, is the main port of entrance to Martha's Vineyard. Tisbury is bordered by Vineyard Haven Harbor, Lagoon Pond and Oak Bluffs to the east, West Tisbury to the southwest. The Town also shares a common corner, along with West Tisbury and Oak Bluffs, with Edgartown.
05-01-2014 Middletown, RI selects Vision to conduct 2014 Revaluation
The Town of Middletown, RI has selected Vision to conduct its 2014 Revaluation. Located in Newport County, Middletown was known as the "farming community" of Aquidneck Island. Today most of the developed land is located towards the western part of the Town while what is left of its rural heritage is primarily towards the east.
04-30-2014 Aquinnah, MA selects Vision to conduct 2015 Update
The Town of Aquinnah, MA has contracted with Vision to conduct its 2015 Update. Located on Martha’s Vineyard, it is the smallest Town by land area on the Vineyard. Aquinnah is bordered by Vineyard Sound to the north and northwest, Chilmark to the east, and the Atlantic Ocean to the south and west. The Town has a total area of 40.8 square miles, of which 5.4 square miles is land and 35.4 square miles (86.85%) is water.

The City of Wausau, WI has contracted with Vision to utilize our state-of-the-art CAMA system. Wausau joins 7 other jurisdictions in Wisconsin that have chosen our system for use following a thorough examination of the alternative CAMA systems on the market.
04-14-2014 Wayland, MA selects Vision to conduct 2015 Update
The Town of Wayland, MA has contracted with Vision to conduct its 2015 Update. Located in Middlesex County, Wayland has a total area of 15.9 square miles, of which 15.2 square miles is land and 0.7 square miles, or 4.21%, is water. Wayland borders Lincoln, Sudbury, Weston, Framingham, and Natick.
04-09-2014 Mattapoisett, MA selects Vision to conduct 2015 Update
The Town of Mattapoisett has contracted with Vision to conduct its 2015 Update. Located in Plymouth County, Mattapoisett is the southwestern-most Town of Plymouth County. It is bordered by Fairhaven to the southwest, Acushnet to the northwest, Rochester to the north, and Marion to the east. Buzzards Bay lies to the south.
04-08-2014 Swanzey, NH selects Vision to conduct 2015 Update
The Town of Swanzey, NH has contracted with Vision to conduct its 2015 Update. Located in Cheshire County, Swanzey includes the villages of East Swanzey, West Swanzey, North Swanzey, and Westport. The Town has a total area of 45.3 square miles, with its highest point being the summit of Franklin Mountain at 1,423 feet above sea level, on the border with Winchester.
04-04-2014 Woburn, MA selects Vision to conduct 2015 Update
The City of Woburn, MA has contracted with Vision to conduct its 2015 Update. Woburn, located in Middlesex County, Woburn was first settled in 1640 near Horn Pond, a primary source of the Mystic River, and was officially incorporated in 1642. At that time the area included present day Towns of Woburn, Winchester, Burlington, and parts of Stoneham and Wilmington.
03-25-2014 Hanover, MA selects Vision to conduct 2015 Update
The Town of Hanover, MA has selected Vision to conduct its 2015 Update. Hanover, located in Plymouth County, is considered to be a part of the South Shore of Massachusetts. It is bordered by Norwell to the north and east, Pembroke and Hanson to the south, and Rockland to the west and northwest. Hanover is approximately 10 miles east of Brockton and 20 miles southeast of Boston.
03-17-2014 Edgartown, MA selects Vision to conduct 2015 Update
The Town of Edgartown, MA has selected Vision to conduct its 2015 Update. Included in the contract are the 2016 and 2017 Interim Adjustments. Edgartown is located in Dukes County. Edgartown has the largest area in the entirety of Dukes County and Martha's Vineyard. Originally called Great Harbor, it was incorporated in 1671, and is one of the two original Towns on Martha's Vineyard, along with Tisbury.
03-14-2014 Concord, MA selects Vision to conduct 2015 Update program
The Town of Concord, MA has selected Vision to conduct its 2015 Update program. The contract also includes Interim Adjustments for fiscal years 2016 and 2017. Concord borders the towns of Carlisle, Bedford, Lincoln, Sudbury, Maynard and Acton. The town center is located near the confluence of the Sudbury and Assabet rivers, forming the Concord River, which flows north to the Merrimack River in Lowell.
03-04-2014 Quincy, MA selects Vision to conduct 3 Year Update Program
The City of Quincy, MA has selected Vision to conduct its three year Update program, beginning in 2015. Quincy shares borders with Boston to the north Milton to the west, Randolph and Braintree to the south, and Weymouth and Hull to the east. The City has a total area of 26.9 square miles, of which 16.8 square miles is land and 10.1 square miles is water. The total area is 37.60% water.
03-03-2014 Newmarket, NH selects Vision to conduct 2014 Update
The Town of Newmarket, NH has selected Vision to conduct its 2014 Update. Newmarket is located in Rockingham County. Situated beside Great Bay, Newmarket is drained by the Lamprey River. The Town's highest point is the summit of Bald Hill, at 281 feet above sea level near the Town's southwest corner. Great Hill, with an elevation of 228 feet, rises just south of the Town center.
02-28-2014 Wareham, MA selects Vision to conduct 2015 Updates
The Town on Wareham, MA has selected Vision to conduct its 2015 Residential and Commercial & Industrial Updates. Wareham is located in Plymouth County. Wareham was first settled in 1678 as part of the Towns of Plymouth and Rochester. It was officially incorporated in 1739 and named after the Town of Wareham in England.
02-14-2014 Hingham, MA selects Vision to conduct 2015 Update
The Town of Hingham, MA has selected Vision to conduct its 2015 Update. The contract also includes Interim Updates for fiscal years 2016 and 2017. The Town of Hingham, MA is located in Plymouth County. Hingham is known for its colonial history and location on Boston Harbor, and was first settled in 1633.
02-11-2014 Kingston Fire District selects Vision Tax Administration and Tax Collection Software
The Fire District in the Village of Kingston, RI has selected Vision’s Tax Administration and Tax Collection software. The village was originally called Little Rest, but was renamed Kingston in 1726. Located in South Kingstown, the village of Kingston is the site of the main campus of the University of Rhode Island. Much of the village center is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as Kingston Village Historic District.

The Town of Branford, CT has selected Vision to conduct its 2014 Revaluation. Branford is located in New Haven County, eight miles east of New Haven. The Town has a total area of 28.0 square miles; 22.0 square miles are land and 6.0 square miles are water, including the Branford River, Queach Brook and the Branford Supply Ponds.

The Town of North Haven, CT has selected Vision to conduct its 2014 Update. North Haven, located in New Haven County, is less than 10 miles from downtown New Haven and Yale University. North Haven has a growing commercial, retail and manufacturing base. There are more than 75 manufacturing and commercial firms in North Haven.
01-27-2014 Leominster, MA selects Vision to conduct 2015 Update
The City of Leominster, MA has selected Vision to conduct its 2015 Update. It is the second largest City in Worcester County. Around the time of the Civil War, the City was a major contributor in the Underground Railroad. The Emory Steam Schoolhouse and the John Drake home led anti-slavery campaigns and helped housed fugitive slaves.

The Town of New Fairfield, CT has selected Vision to conduct its 2014 Update. Located in Fairfield County, New Fairfield is considered part of the New York Greater Metropolitan area and lies approximately 50 miles from New York City. New Fairfield, CT is one of five Towns that surround Candlewood Lake. Once a summer resort destination, the Candlewood Lake is mostly populated with year-round homes. In addition to Candlewood Lake, New Fairfield has three other lakes: Squantz Pond, Ball Pond, and Margerie Reservoir.

The Town of Moultonborough, NH has selected Vision to conduct its 2014 through 2017 Updates. Moultonborough in located in Carroll County, New Hampshire, United States. Moultonborough is bounded in part by Lake Winnipesaukee in the southwest and Squam Lake in the northwest corner.
01-17-2014 Dudley, MA selects Vision to conduct 2015 Update
The Town of Dudley, MA has selected Vision to conduct its 2015 Update. Dudley, located in Worcester County, was named after landholders Paul and William Dudley. Dudley was the primary manufacturer of Brogan boots worn by the Union army and produced the majority of the standard issued Union uniforms worn during the Civil War.

The Town of Exeter, RI has selected Vision to conduct its 2014 Revaluation. Located in Washington County, the Town of Exeter extends east from the Connecticut border to the Town of North Kingstown, RI. Exeter is home to Yawgoo Valley, the only ski resort in Rhode Island.

The Town of Marion, MA has selected Vision to conduct its 2015 Update. Marion, located in Plymouth County, is located on Buzzards Bay, and its geography is shaped by the water. Much of the Town is separated in two halves, with Converse Point to the west and Sippican Neck to the east. Marion has several parks, as well as wharves, beaches and the Beverly Yacht Club.
