East Haddam, CT selects Vision to conduct their 2012 Revaluation. This contract also includes converting their existing CAMA system to the Vision CAMA system.

Vision has begun working on the FY 2012 valuation Update for Cromwell, CT. With a parcel count of approximately 6,000, Cromwell expects Vision to assess properties within the Town limits by 2012.
09-30-2011 Randolph, MA signs multi-year Appraisal and Software agreement
For the next 3 years, the Town of Randolph, MA will use Vision for its fiscal year 2012, 2013 and 2014 Interim Updates, with a culminating update for fiscal year 2015. In addition, the Town will also be converting their existing CAMA system to the Vision system.

09-15-2011 Alachua County, FL and Sumter County, FL select Vision CAMA
Vision Government Solutions, Inc. is both proud and pleased to announce that Alachua County, FL and Sumter County, FL have recently contracted with us to implement our state-of-the-art computer assisted mass appraisal (CAMA) system. Their decisions were reached following a formal competitive bidding process in which Alachua County thoroughly evaluated all of the most well-known and widely-used CAMA systems on the market today. Redding, CT selects Vision to conduct their 2012 Revaluation. Only a couple of months earlier, the town had picked up Web Hosting of their assessing database including GIS data from Vision, and now the company is extremely pleased to be on board for their upcoming reappraisal project.

06-02-2011 Burrillville, RI goes live with Vision's Sewer software
The Burrillville Sewer Commission went live with the Sewer Assessment, Residential Sewer Use and Commercial Sewer Use Billing and Collection systems at the end of May 2011. They will be printing their own bills in July 2011 for over 2,600 accounts. The conversion included almost 70,000 payment history records going back to approximately 1982. They had been using their existing system for over 25 years.

Vision, the largest provider of mass appraisal services and software in New England, is pleased to announce our merger with Opal Data Technologies, the largest provider of tax administration, tax collection, permitting, utility billing, and records management software in Rhode Island. As separate companies, we have each focused on providing premium customer support and functional software systems for local government. Together, we will move our products forward to enhance the user experience through increased automation, reduced data entry, improved error detection, and increased overall efficiency. Kevin Comer will remain President of the combined companies, and Peter DiCicco will become Vice President of Engineering.
